Community Outreach: We have received some funding through various grants to begin relocating spigots off the walls and to buy and install ADA-compliant ramps to bridge our irrigation lines. The funding, to date, has been vital in reaching our goal of covering all the hazards. ADA-compliant ramps are expensive and there remains a shortfall that we need to cover.
This project will improve, if not eliminate, foot traffic tripping hazards and improve accessibility for all.
UpGarden P-Patch is on LEVEL D, at the top of the Seattle Center’s Mercer Street parking garage. It's a unique destination garden for Seattle Center guests visiting from across the country, and internationally!
Donation of just $10 or $20 incrementally strengthens our outreach programs and site maintenance. We welcome all volunteers to join in these events. Check our website for work parties and community events. Contact information is included in event postings on our calendar. events@upgarden.org.
